So we're working on a new commercial over here for Cairo's truck. Eric Noren is back on board and we got to talking about some of our commercials from the past. As a sort of count down I thought I'd post some of our classics with a little back story:
Krux Happy Fun Commercial

This one is not new. Hell, it may have even been in 411 its so old. I think this was Matt Sharkey's concept. I think he was the first Krux brand manager to really run with the "our trucks our fun" approach. Cab was on. Colt and Caswell were blossoming into big guns and me...? well i just fell down.
Filmed in De Anza park (which used to be Fish Banks) in beautiful Sunnyvale California I believe the concept was just to film the bros playing skate. With the music, the slo mo and the smiles it all really came together quite simply.
Oh yeah, for the record I won that game. :p
